Please note, that the apartment is located on the second floor of a converted loft building. Unfortunately, there is no lift in the building, and as such guests will be required to climb stairs (on average about 15 steps). Please also note the building next door is undergoing some renovations so there is potential for noise until works are completed.

House rules1. A penalty of £100 would be charged for late check-outs. 2. We have a strictly no pets policy. 3. Smoking is strictly not allowed in the property. 4. Noise: To be considerate to the other neighbours, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter side after 9 pm. 5. Parties: in the event of a guest having a party in the apartment, it will result in the immediate eviction of the guest and a penalty charge of £1, 500 will be applied. 6. Additional Guests: We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. 7. Damages: We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. 8. We do not offer daily or weekly cleaning. This is an optional extra and charges will apply. 9. We kindly ask that you switch off the lights, TV, and the heating when it’s not in use or when leaving the house. 10. A security deposit hold of £250 will be charged before check-in.
