2. We have a strictly no pets policy. 3. Smoking is strictly not allowed in the property.
4. Noise: To be considerate to the other neighbours, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter side after 9 pm.
5. Parties: in the event of a guest having a party in the apartment, it will result in the immediate eviction of the guest and a penalty charge of £1, 500 will be applied.
6. Additional Guests: We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
7. Damages: We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do.
8. We do not offer daily or weekly cleaning. This is an optional extra and charges will apply.
9. We kindly ask that you switch off the lights, TV, and the heating when it’s not in use or when leaving the house.
